Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Bon Appetit.
Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, you must contact the shop direct should you have any complaints. The shop must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the shop does not rectify this for you then please contact us via the a method on our contact page.
Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
